Sorry to hear that you aren't overly impressed with the product. The product materials are clearly stated on the page, listing that they are 350gsm card and 150gsm lamination.
We do advise that after each play session that the product is then wiped by an adult with a microfibre and small amount of cleaning spray if required to remove any final stains. This has always worked for us in our testing process.
We are continuing to explore additional pens and erasers to improve the process, however even whiteboards in school sometimes requiring spraying to remove stains after use.
I bought two writing mats for my daughters and they absolutely love them! Every morning they run and get them to practice writing their names! Such a brilliant way to help them become confident writing the letters in their names. Will definitely be ordering from you again thank you!
